With all of our traditional artisan-style breads, rolls, buns and cakes baked to order, you can expect your delivery of freshly baked products to arrive with a long ambient shelf life of 28 days on our artisan breads, 42 days minimum life on all of our rolls and buns and up to 56 days life on all of our cakes.
Our freshly baked product’s long ambient shelf life helps customers improve product availability, reduce waste and increase sales.
Our single weekly order and delivery schedule is convenient for our customers and works very well for them due to our products having such a long life.
Bakes off easily
Our artisan-style breads can be enjoyed fresh from the bag without baking-off, however, if you want to serve them warm it only takes minutes in any type of oven, be it in a restaurant kitchen or a small in-store bakery.
All of our rolls, buns and cakes do not need to be baked off and are ready to go as soon as our delivery arrives.
