I just wanted to say how pleased we were with our first order we had just before Christmas. We were using a local bakery for our artisan bread, but collection was such an effort and the bread did not last that long. The 14 day ambient shelf-life enables us to offer our customers a handmade, artisan bread solution that is time and space efficient. The ‘no need to freeze’ aspect is a real benefit for our customers as it frees up valuable frozen storage and feedback so far has been extremely positive as they love the quality, the taste and the concept of a premium bread that has an extended shelf life. The new range includes a Sour Dough Country Loaf, 100% Rye Loaf, Rustic Brown Loaf, Crusty White Village Loaf . We have also decided to offer our customers flexibility with a mixed box of all four varieties.
