With its Artisan Boule shape, this crusty loaf has a blend of wheat flour, rye flour and an aged sourdough. Helping it to pack a lot of flavour into an 800g loaf.

Baking Instructions: For best results, this product must be baked off. Preheat the oven, remove all packaging and place directly on the middle oven shelf.

Bake:  Fan assisted oven 195 deg. C, Conventional 240 deg. C,

Gas Mark 5  for 15 – 20 minutes
