This Rye Tin Loaf has been made with rye flour and the addition of wheat flour to give a smoother and less bitter flavour than most traditional artisan rye bread.

This tin loaf is great with smoked salmon and sour cream and chives, or even American deli style pastrami on rye Sandwiches.

Baking Instructions: For best results, this product must be baked off. Preheat the oven, remove all packaging and place directly on the middle oven shelf.

Bake:  Fan assisted oven 195 deg. C, Conventional 240 deg. C,

Gas Mark 5  for 15 – 20 minutes
