This Boule shaped loaf is made with a blend of wholemeal flour and rye flour. Here at Bread Du Jour, we’ve also added in a little sourdough to add more depth to the already delicious flavour.

Our rustic brown artisan loaf is always a popular choice and is extremely versatile. Pair as a side or with any main meal for a rustic and flavoursome accompaniment.

RUSTIC BROWN LOAF 900g

 

Ingredient declaration: Wholemeal Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Rye Flour (10.2%), Yeast, Salt, Sourdough (Wheat Germ Flour, Wheat Flour, Rye Flour, Water, Malted Barley Flour, starter culture) (0.9%), Rapeseed & Palm Oils, Preservative: E282, Emulsifiers: (E481, E472e, Rapeseed Lecithin), Flour Treatment Agent: E300, Flavouring.

 

Baking Instructions: For best results, this product must be baked off. Preheat the oven, remove all packaging and place directly on the middle oven shelf.

Bake:  Fan assisted oven 195 deg. C, Conventional 240 deg. C,

Gas Mark 5  for 15 – 20 minutes
