Our Bread Du Jour artisan style doughs are made using traditional proving baskets, after which our craft bakers dress and hand cut the dough before baking to a golden finish. All of our Bread Du Jour artisan style breads bake-off within minutes in any type of oven, be it in a restaurant kitchen or a retail in-store bakery. Once baked-off the bread will keep fresh for one to two days.
Our Bakery Select craft baked retail range of traditional breads & rolls are made using slow bakery processes and come fully packed, labelled and date coded with a minimum of 10 days life. They are ready to display on shelf as soon as our delivery arrives.
